Hydraulic test and control platform
EmbedTech HCS lets you test hydraulic control algorithms, communication interfaces, sensor readings and motor and valve drive functions on the bench before the final custom hardware is finished. In its portable hardcase, the same setup also travels to near-field conditions.
EmbedTech HCS is at the proof-of-concept (PoC) and trial stage. It makes no claim of certification, standards compliance or series use.
Why does test infrastructure slow work down?
Even when the hydraulic actuator and power unit are ready, the control side often relies on separate boards, measuring instruments and cabling that is rebuilt every time.
Mechanical, hardware and software teams end up waiting for each other. EmbedTech HCS brings control, communication, sensor reading and drive into one case, so the software team can start trying things without waiting for hardware.
What does the platform cover?
HCS sits at the centre, and the functions are coordinated over CAN bus.

Central control board: coordination of sub-units, command management, HMI and embedded software integration.
MotorTech HSV
Servo and proportional valve driver: current-controlled coil drive and 2-channel LVDT reading.
MotorTech EHA
Electro-hydrostatic actuator driver: 3-phase motor, FOC control, poppet valve outputs and pressure inputs.
SensorTech
Sensor reading and signal conditioning: LVDT, load cell, Hall/encoder, 4–20 mA and 0–10 V.
CommunityTech
Communication interfaces: CAN bus, Ethernet, RS-485, RS-232, UART, SPI, I²C and Bluetooth.

Develop on the bench, verify in the field

Frequently asked questions
Does it replace a hydraulic test bench?
No. EmbedTech HCS covers the control electronics. The hydraulic power unit and mechanical connections remain separate parts of your test setup.
Does a fault mean replacing the whole system?
No. In a fault, only the board concerned is replaced, not the whole system.
Can MotorTech HSV and EHA be bought separately?
Yes. MotorTech HSV, the servo and proportional valve driver, and MotorTech EHA, the electro-hydrostatic actuator driver, can each be bought separately.
What stage is the product at?
EmbedTech HCS is at the proof-of-concept (PoC) and trial stage. We can assess together whether it suits your test scenario.
Is it developed in Türkiye?
EmbedTech is developed with local engineering at Teknopark Istanbul, and technical support is provided locally as well.
